Welcome to VATBOX ERP (Virtual Artificial Transformation Box ERP). VATBOX ERP is a market leader in online accounting and ERP software, comparable to Odoo, Xero, and QuickBooks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, products, and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

1.1 Eligibility: To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

1.2 Account Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.

1.3 Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Use of Services

2.1 License: VATBOX ERP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 Restrictions:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our Services.
• Distribute viruses or other harmful computer code through our Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans. Details of these plans, including pricing and features, are available on our website.

3.2 Billing: By subscribing to our Services, you agree to pay the subscription fees specified for your chosen plan. Payments will be billed in advance on a recurring basis as per the subscription terms.

3.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

3.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.1 Data Ownership: You retain all rights to your data. VATBOX ERP does not claim ownership of your data.

4.2 Data Security: We implement reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

4.3 Privacy Policy: Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the Services and related content are owned by VATBOX ERP or its licensors.

5.2 Trademarks: The VATBOX ERP name and logo are trademarks of VATBOX ERP. You are not permitted to use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VATBOX ERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• your use or inability to use the Services;
• any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@vatboxerp.ca.

7.2 Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Terms & Conditions for VATBOX ERP 30-Day Free Trial

10.1 Trial Period:
The free trial period lasts for 30 calendar days starting from the date of account activation.

10.2 Trial Features:
During the trial, users can create up to 100 invoices and access all core VATBOX ERP features, including Multi-Tax/Uni-Tax management, Multi-Branch and Multi-Store support, automated invoicing, and multiple payment methods.

10.3 Data Retention and Deletion:
At the end of the 30-day trial period, if the user does not upgrade to a paid plan, all data created during the trial will be permanently deleted from our servers. Users acknowledge and accept this data deletion upon registration for the trial.

10.4 Conversion to Paid Plans:
Users may choose to upgrade to one of the available paid plans at any time during or after the trial period to retain access to their data and continue using VATBOX ERP services.

10.5 Limitation of Liability:
VATBOX shall not be liable for any loss of data resulting from trial expiration and deletion. Users are responsible for backing up any important information before the trial ends.

10.6 Acceptance:
By starting the free trial, users agree to these terms and conditions.
